How to apply?
You can register for our ceramics market using the form below. Applications are open until 15 December 2025. We aim to announce the selection in January 2026.
Selection required
There are about 100 places available, and experience shows that we usually receive many more applications. This means that, after applying, a selection will take place. Fill in the digital registration form and upload at least 4 recent photos of your work plus an overview photo of your stand or presentation. Include your name in the file names. Please note: the jury will carefully assess these photos, so make sure they are representative and of good quality. For the jury, it is important to gain a clear view of the presentation; for this reason, we also ask you to upload a photo of the stand.
If you are selected for the market, the submitted images will be shown on this website and used in the promotion of the ceramics market.
The following conditions apply for participating in the market:
- The participation fee is €220 (including 21% VAT). This includes two meal vouchers: one for dinner on Sunday evening and one for breakfast on Monday morning. Participants are welcome to camp free of charge directly next to the market.
- Due to the typically high number of applications, an admission selection is inevitable. This invitation to register is, therefore, not a guarantee of participation in the market. In case of unforeseen exclusion, we trust there will be understanding.
- We kindly request that you do not transfer the registration fee to us until you have received a confirmation of participation from us.
- We reserve the right to use photos of participants for PR purposes.
