PAYMENT TERMINAL
There is a mobile payment terminal located near the Information Stand on the event grounds. You can use this if you prefer. This helps avoid customers having to leave the site. If you wish to use the payment terminal, please accompany the customer to the terminal. After the customer has made the payment, you will receive a receipt; please keep this with you.
LOCATION
The event takes place at the Bosberg Swimming Pool grounds in Swalmen: Bosstraat 116, 6071 PZ Swalmen.
PARKING
There are specially reserved parking spaces for participants near the site. Please follow the instructions of our staff to access these parking areas.
OPENING HOURS
The Ceramics Market is open on the 1st day of Pentecost from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on the 2nd day of Pentecost from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ceramicists are welcome from Saturday, May 18th at 5:00 PM.
Market stalls and setup
Starting from Saturday afternoon at 5:00 PM, the site is open for setup. Each stall consists of a market stand with a tabletop measuring 4×1 meters, equipped with a white backdrop.
All market stalls are already set up and labeled with numbers and names. You only need to attach the coverings and secure the market stall properly. Materials for this purpose (stakes, rope, clips) are available at the Information Stand. Please do this thoroughly as the organization is not liable for any damages caused by loose coverings or toppling stalls.
After setting up the stall, you can park your car in a specially designated parking area nearby. Please follow the instructions of our staff. There is no parking available on the site or along the access roads!
Catering
We ensure that you lack nothing during the ceramics market. The cost of participation includes breakfast and the potter’s meal on Sunday for 2 persons.
breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the main tent on Monday morning between 08:30 AM and 09:30 AM. There will be no additional charges for this breakfast.
potters’ meal
On Sunday evening, you can join us in the tent at 7:30 PM for the traditional potters’ meal. The cost of this meal is included in the participant fee.
beverages
There is a large catering tent on the site where you can purchase coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages at your own expense.
Security
The event site is fenced and is monitored during the market days on Saturday and Sunday nights from 20:00 to 08:00. To ensure smooth operations, we kindly request that you do not access the stalls during this time.
